1. Organization

The company V2D CREATION, with capital of 41,7570 euros, registered with the RCS Lille
Métropole under number B 398 461 129, with its head office at 1 rue des
Lainiers 59150 Wattrelos is organizing a large free game entitled “20 MORGAN bags competition”, from 04/01/2024 to 09/15/2024 at 11:59 p.m. Paris time.

2. Participants

 This free Game with no obligation to purchase is exclusively open to people of legal age on the start date of the Game, and residing in mainland France. Excluded from the Game are persons who do not meet the conditions set out in these regulations as well as members of V2D CREATION staff, and any person who has directly or
indirectly participated in the design, construction or management of the
Game as well as their spouse, members of their families: ascendants and descendants
direct or other relatives living or not under their roof. V2D CREATION
reserves the right to carry out any useful verification to ensure compliance
of this rule. V2D CREATION reserves the right to ask any participant
to justify the conditions set out above. Anyone who does not complete
not these conditions or refusing to justify them will be excluded from the Game and cannot,
in the event of a win, benefit from your prize. Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of these rules, as well as the laws and regulations

3. Conditions of participation

this regulation will be considered void.

5. Designation of winners

 The winners will be chosen by drawing lots by Bailiff within a fortnight following the end of the game. The winners will be contacted by email.

Lots are accepted as
that they are announced. They cannot be exchanged for their cash value.

CREATION reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of a value

6. Legal deposit

 The regulations are submitted via www.reglement.net , at the
SELARL 812 - BUILDERS, associated bailiffs, 88 boulevard de la
Reine, 78000 Versailles. The regulations may be modified at any time under the
form of an amendment by the organizer, in compliance with the conditions set out,
and published by online announcement on the site. The amendment is registered at the
SELARL associated bailiffs depositary of the regulations before its
publication. It will come into force as soon as it is put online and all

7. Reimbursement of gaming fees

 In the event of disbursements, all
participant may obtain reimbursement of costs corresponding to the
playing time from a landline, at the France Telecom rate, based on
a 3-minute connection at the reduced rate, i.e. 0.15 euros. The request for
reimbursement must be sent by mail to the address of the game (Article VI),
accompanied by a RIB, and a detailed invoice in the name of the participant, indicating
the date and time of the connection, no later than 30 days after the date of
closing of the game, postmark as proof. The costs incurred by the
participant for the stamp necessary for this request will be reimbursed on
simple written request on the basis of the slow "letter" rate in
force. Only one refund request per participant registered in the game and
by envelope (same name, same address). Incomplete requests will not be
taken into account.

It being observed that as it stands
current service offerings and technology, some access providers
to the internet offer a free or flat-rate connection to Internet users, it
is expressly agreed that any access to the site taking place on an
free or flat rate (such as cable connection, ADSL or
specialized connection) will not give rise to any reimbursement, in the

attributable to V2D CREATION, would arrive illegible or impossible to process or
in case of email delivery problems. The participants
will not be able to claim any compensation in this respect. Participation in the Game
is the sole responsibility of the participants. V2D CREATION cannot be
held responsible for any damage, material or immaterial caused in particular to participants, computer equipment and the data stored there, or any direct or indirect consequences that may arise, in particular from their personal, professional or commercial activity. it was required to cancel this Game, shorten it, extend it, postpone it or modify its conditions.

9. Disputes and responsibilities

 Participation in this game
implies unreserved acceptance of the regulations in their entirety. If one or more provisions of these General Regulations were declared void or
inapplicable, the other clauses would retain all their force and scope
In the event of a difference between the version of the regulations filed via www.reglement.net with

agreed that, barring manifest error, V2D CREATION may rely, in particular
for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, programs, data, files,
records, transactions and other items (such as monitoring reports
or other states) of nature or in computer format or support or
electronic, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by V2D
CREATION.

12. Attribution of jurisdiction

 These regulations are subject to French law. In the event of persistent disagreement over the application of this
regulation, the dispute will be subject to the sovereign appreciation of the
competent French courts.

13. Computing and Freedoms (Data
personal)

 Personal information
collected as part of this Game are processed in accordance with the Law
Informatique et Libertés n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and the Regulations
European n°2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR).

By completing the form
game, the Participant authorizes the organizing company to collect his data
following personal details: name, first name, postal and/internet address, phone number

if they are minors, have a right of access, rectification, and
deletion of data concerning them. Any request for access or rectification
