The coordination of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an essential component of our commitment. This is manifested by our dedicated internal “green team”, the establishment of Management Committee reviews (Codir) to integrate strategic CSR considerations, and the ongoing training of our teams to guarantee a good understanding of the issues and actions to be taken. undertake our CSR journey.
Under the leadership of Typhaine LAMBERT, responsible for this mission, we organize an annual management review. This review aims to reassess and refine our practices and to challenge operational teams by taking into account the latest advances in the field.

As part of our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we have set up a structure dedicated to the selection and support of our partners, scrupulously ensuring compliance with our social and ecological criteria.
Today, our BSCI assessment is grade C. We aim to progress towards grade B with annual assessments to measure our progress.
In order to be as close as possible to the factories, we have decided to set up a team of quality/audit experts as close as possible to our production sites. This has allowed us to establish a relationship of trust with suppliers whom we consider to be true historical partners.
Social audit
One of our fundamental pillars lies in the careful selection of partners and suppliers who adhere to rigorous social standards.
We firmly believe that transparency, fairness and sustainability are the foundations of a responsible supply chain.
This is why we actively promote collaborations with suppliers involved in initiatives such as BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), ICS or SEDEX.
In an approach of total transparency, we are working on the identification of tier 2 and tier 3 suppliers in order to have full visibility over our supply chain.
These audits are carried out each year in order to monitor developments in our industrial partners. At the same time, we support them and work with them on action and improvement plans with the help of our team of experts.
